Our tutoring program wrapped up with a celebratory field trip at Ninja Factory on May 13. Students had a total blast running wild on the various obstacle courses, a very welcomed break from the weeks and weeks of homework. Usually during our tutoring program students receive support on their homework, complete reading assignments, and participate in fun enrichment activities designed and led by staff. Our program will be on break until school starts back up again in the fall, but if you have students who would benefit from it we definitely encourage you to contact us for more information on how to participate!
Our food distribution happens every Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Global Marketplace. Please bring your own bags, and be prepared to share your zip code and family size. Everyone is welcome and no registration is needed. Hope to you see you there!
Please be aware that KOSD staff will be out of office this coming Friday, 6/5, for a mandatory all-day staff training.
