You can get involved with KOSD in many different ways.
KOSD believes in the importance of collaboration to provide stronger services to members of our community.
Volunteers help students from Burma with their homework and with English Language Learning. Students are of all ages, from elementary school through high school, and they love the After School Program Tutors and Summer School Volunteers.
KOSD values the contribution that its volunteers make! If you are interested in volunteering, please email Nao Kabashima, Executive Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Donations represent an important percentage of the revenue that allows us to do our work. No contribution is too small.
Here’s how you can make a financial contribution to KOSD and our programs:
Support our community directly by purchasing handmade goods.
If you shop at Amazon, a portion is donated to our programs.
No need for a registered PayPal account to make a donation this way.
If you shop on Amazon, please consider using AmazonSmile (smile.amazon.com). Shopping at AmazonSmile is the same as shopping at Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price (.5%) to your favorite charitable organization. Karen Organization of San Diego is a registered charity on AmazonSmile, so select KOSD as your charitable organization of choice and support us while you shop at Amazon.
Thank you for your support! Please send any general questions about donations to email@example.com.
